The customer is at the center of our care. We prioritize your needs. There is nothing that can't be solved in peace. We are human beings there can be misunderstandings. Always make sure you don't get out of our shop frustrated. Therefore, we are open to hear your requests and your disappointment and sort them out. Because you happiness is our priority/

we will always try to be on time to satisfy you and respect our time table. As we are human beings. Your appointment can sometimes delay from 15 to 20 min. Kindly be patient and wait for the braider to finish the hair of the previous costumer.

We require a 50 dollars deposit that will always be available for you what ever be the time you decide to come to our shop. Just make sure you council your appointment 24 hours before by calling or sending us a text or an email.

CONCEALATION

After 3 missed or postponed appointments, within a period of 2 months your deposit will not be valid.

NO REFUND The deposit is non refundable
